It’s time to start a new season – the holidays are behind us and regular classes will start soon!

The first classes for the older and younger groups, in one weeks, on September 4, 2024.
The dates of classes are the same as last year, so on Mondays and Wednesdays, 18-19:30, and on Fridays, bokken classes with Iaido elements from 18:00-19:30.

Spread this information in your community to encourage people to explore the secrets of their body and spirit, which often contradict our imaginations and expectations.

This is a very interesting adventure, full of surprises, for longer than a moment – let’s help each other temper our egos.

We invite all those willing, undecided and reluctant to break the barrier of their own limitations !
